En Tissu may change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting on its website the changes, which will be effective immediately.

Except where stated otherwise, the content made available on this website is provided as general information only.  Whilst En Tissu takes all reasonable care in compiling the information, content is provided “as is” and no warranty or representation is made that it is free from errors or omissions. 

 

The website aims to provide continuous access however it does not make any warranties that your access will be secure, uninterrupted, timely, or error free.  En Tissu will not be liable for any loss resulting from any action or decision by you in reliance on the website, nor any interruption, delay in transmission, virus, internet access difficulties or malfunction in equipment or software. It reserves the right to change or discontinue any service or feature offered on the website at any time.

En Tissu aims to protect any personal information that we hold from misuse, loss or unauthorised access, including by means of firewalls, password access and secure servers.  However, the business cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted via the website. You must comply with all relevant privacy legislation in your use of the website, including but not limited to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

 

Intellectual Property

En Tissu website contains material and design that is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.  Such material may not be used, stored, reproduced, published, altered or transmitted in any form for commercial purposes without prior written consent of En Tissu. Whilst material may be downloaded for non-commercial purposes, no information contained on the website may be reproduced in any form or by any means without the prior written consent from En Tissu.

 

Indemnity

You and any third party using the En TIssu website and/or its service hereby indemnifies En Tissu, its owners, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates against all claims, costs, expenses, judgments, damages and all and any other liabilities however arising.

 

Terms of Payment

All prices and payments are in Australian Dollars.
 

All orders require written confirmation and a 50% deposit before production will begin.

All deliveries require the invoice balance to be paid before being despatched.
 

Payments can be made by Direct Bank Transfer.  Please check your invoice for payment details.

Prices are subject to change without notice, however changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

 

When the purchaser is the Interior Decorator, they will not make any representation to their customer to the effect that they are an agent to En Tissu, nor can they offer warranty beyond what is agreed in the terms of sale and as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations & Refunds

No refunds will be issued should an order be cancelled after fabric has been purchased or production has started.

 

No refunds or exchanges can be made on completion due to change of mind.

 

Design Specification

En Tissu display several design samples on their website, and also offer a custom design service. En Tissu are happy to assist with choosing fabric and finishes.

 

A design brief will be issued upon verbal confirmation of the order. The order will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed confirmation and 50% deposit.

 

Each product is handmade to order and as such there may be slight variations in measurement and fabric. No guarantee can be given to exactly replicate the sample, seen either directly or online.

 

Fabric

En Tissu is not responsible for any variations in fabrics from the sample.

 

Velvets in particular can show shading which is part of their characteristic. This can be mistaken for variations / faults in the fabric.

 

En Tissu endevours to display current and available fabric samples, however suppliers often discontinue fabric colours without notice.  Should the fabric you have chosen be unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to either wait for products to become available (if possible) or chose another.

                           

Delivery
The purchaser will be contacted by phone when the product is ready for delivery.

Standard lead time for all pieces is 4 to 6 weeks. You will be given an estimated delivery upon confirmation. This may be delayed pending fabric availability.

All deliveries within 15kms of the Sydney CBD will be included in the price of your quote.

Delivery outside of this area will attract a delivery fee. The customer will be provided with a quote and delivery fees will be added to the final invoice.

Care Instructions

En Tissu work with a lot of beautiful fabrics, which need love and care. In order to retain the quality and appearance of your piece, and to ensure that your warranty remains valid, please adhere strictly to the following care instructions:
*Do not place the item in direct sunlight
*Do not drag or push your furniture. Always use proper lifting techniques if you need to move your furniture to ensure that no pressure is placed on the joints. improper pressure may result in breaking the hardware on the screens
*Seek advice for correct fabric care when cleaning marks, spills or stains

Warranties

A three-year structural warranty applies to En Tissu products from the date of purchase and only to the original purchaser.
 

Warrantee does not cover general wear and tear including, but not limited to: fabric variations & fading, fabric tears, fabric stains or damage by a third party.
